HVAC Installation Supervisor

Position Summary: The HVAC Installation Supervisor is accountable for overseeing all facets of assigned HVAC installation projects. This role involves planning, coordinating, and directing the activities of the installation department, ensuring that projects are executed profitably, on time, and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage installation dispatching, material ordering, warehousing, and maintenance of tools and inventory.
• Oversee the preparation and completion of installation job packets.
• Ensure all forms in job folders are complete and accurate.
• Accurately order materials necessary for each installation project.
• Approve the assignment of installation crews to various jobs.
• Coordinate materials procurement with approved vendors for optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Track unused materials and manage their return or reuse on subsequent jobs.
• Maintain an inventory of all materials and products in trucks and warehouses.
• Prioritize safety and quality by conducting monthly safety meetings and regular job site inspections.
• Handle permits filing for installations that require local permits.
• Maintain departmental budget expectations, including job costing analysis of completed projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC sector.
• NATE certification is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and technical expertise are essential.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
• Must possess a clean driving record.
