Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure accurate and efficient dispensing of medications, including verifying prescriptions and checking for potential interactions.
- Administer immunizations to customers, following Harris Teeter's standing orders and procedures.
- Complete clinical services, including reviewing patient profiles and ensuring that medications are dispensed correctly.
- Manage the pharmacy's inventory, including ordering and stocking medications, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, providing clear and concise information and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice, including new medications and technologies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development, including workshops and conferences, to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed pharmacist, in good standing, within the state(s) where the store is located.
- Immunization-certified through APhA and CPR-certified through an accredited, state-approved organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
