Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team of healthcare professionals. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced CRNA to practice at the highest level, collaborating with a dynamic team of 6 CRNAs and 4 MDs in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Compensation

The total compensation package includes a base salary of $300,000 (paid as W-2 income) or $360,000 (1099 contract) along with comprehensive benefits. The call schedule is 1:6, with the CRNA on first call and MD backup available as needed.

About the Role

This position offers a unique combination of clinical autonomy and collaborative teamwork. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for providing anesthesia care to patients across a wide range of specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, podiatry, urology, spine, vascular, trauma, and healthy pediatrics. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility with 5 operating rooms and 1 ASC, all located in the same parking lot.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to practice at full scope, working independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. Your expertise and experience will be valued and respected, and you will be encouraged to contribute to the development of our anesthesia program.
