Speech Language Pathologist

At CivicMinds, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and swallowing disorders. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and participant needs. Your responsibilities will include providing direct therapy services to individuals with speech and language disorders, monitoring and documenting progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support participant goals. You will also educate participants and their families on communication strategies and techniques. To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution, a valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist, and a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is also required.
