Physician Empire Seeks Trauma Medical Director

Job Summary:
Physician Empire is seeking a highly skilled Trauma Medical Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Trauma program and ensuring its continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the hospital as an ACS verified Trauma II Center, growing and solidifying the network of referring facilities, supporting the hospital's strategic goals and objectives, ensuring continuing compliance with the American College of Surgeons and other regulatory body survey requirements.
- Integrate the Trauma program with Acute Care Surgery and the ICU programs, and actively participate in process improvement and medical education efforts.
- Plan, implement, monitor, recruit for, and improve clinical processes and systems related to the Trauma program.
- Perform clinical duties as a Surgeon, including Trauma Surgery and Trauma call.
Requirements:
- 50% administrative and 50% clinical responsibilities.
