Route Elite Delivery Driver Job

We are seeking a reliable and skilled delivery driver to join our team at Route Elite. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a vehicle to deliver packages to businesses and residences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver packages to various locations
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean and organized vehicle
  • Load and unload packages from the vehicle, using a hand truck as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with managers and customers
  • Accurately track delivery progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience within the last 3 years
  • Pass a drug test and a DOT physical
  • Be able to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds and up to 150 pounds with a hand truck
  • Pass a FedEx Ground criminal background check
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Be on time and ready to work each day
  • Be able to climb stairs and work in various weather conditions
