Job Description

In this role, you will meet with clients to determine their travel needs, budgets, and preferences. You will also sell and coordinate transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences.
• Sell and coordinate transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities.
• Provide clients with detailed information about destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel vendors and suppliers.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, sharing knowledge with colleagues and clients.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in the travel industry.
• Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to negotiate effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of computer reservation systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
