About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Erickson Living. As a Painter, you will be responsible for performing high-quality painting and wallcovering services for our residents and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior painting and wallcovering services for residents and common areas
• Maintain the aesthetic appeal of high-traffic common areas
• Restore painted areas in vacated apartments to like-new conditions
• Perform custom painting and wallcovering services as contracted by residents
• Perform drywall repairs as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of painting and wallcovering experience in a residential setting
• Good working knowledge of commercial and residential painting and wallcovering
• Ability to use power tools and painting equipment
