  • Provides assistance to guests with mobility challenges.
  • Leads evacuation procedures during emergencies, ensuring guest safety.
  • Manages key distribution using the Key-Trac system.
  • Ensures adherence to all relevant gaming regulations and internal policies.
  • Operates the fire control center and manages lost and found items as required.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret safety guidelines and operational procedures.
  • Capable of drafting routine reports and correspondence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in law enforcement, military service, or emergency medical services.

Required Certifications:

  • Alcohol awareness certification.
  • Gaming license.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures and noise.
  • Frequent walking and standing, primarily indoors.
  • Strong vision, hearing, speech, and literacy skills are essential.
