Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Case Manager to join our team at Neighborhood Service Organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of Case Managers, providing day-to-day support and guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Case Managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent services to clients.
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to Case Managers, including reviewing case records and making recommendations for personnel actions.
  • Work closely with the Program Director to ensure compliance with funding sources and contractual obligations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and quality of care.
  • Provide case management services to a reduced case load.
Requirements
  • Masters of Social Work or related discipline.
  • LMSW licensure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience working remotely and with data in various formats.
  • Ability to interact with staff, clients, and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
