Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Spark Packaging. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and equipment.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on all production machinery as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Install and repair electrical components and wiring.
  • Repair and maintain facility, building structure, and office structure as necessary.
  • Perform welding, plumbing, carpentry, and other operations as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing facility.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Vocational or Technical school preferred.
