This role is responsible for managing the entire supply chain process, from initial procurement to final delivery. You will be working closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of shipments, both domestically and internationally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of shipping logistics and procedures, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the supply chain process, including procurement and delivery
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth material movement
  • Prepare shipping documentation, such as invoices
  • Update inventory systems to reflect changes in shipment status

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping logistics, specifically scientific
  • Hazmat Shipping Certification
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
