Compensation

We offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes an estimated annual salary of $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package also includes generous PTO, 401(k) matching, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a uniform allowance.

Job Description
  • Advanced Veterinary Surgery: As an Animal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for performing daily surgeries, including advanced orthopedics such as TPLOs on smaller dogs and complex fracture repairs with pins and plates.
  • State-of-the-Art Equipment: You will have access to cutting-edge technology, including a fully automated lab (IDEXX), Avimark practice management system, ScribeNote for enhanced efficiency in medical records, exotic animal care, and beautiful ultrasound, laser, digital X-ray, and portable X-ray capabilities.

Requirements
  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university.
  • Licensure in good standing.
  • Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hospital team members.
