About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Matterport Technician** to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration. As a key member of our disaster response team, you will play a critical role in helping us provide exceptional service to our customers during times of need.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the photographing and mapping of properties affected by disasters using advanced technology and equipment.
- Work closely with our Mitigation and Estimating Teams to ensure accurate and efficient property assessments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to our clients, demonstrating empathy and a sense of urgency.
- Maintain all company equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
- Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
- Assist other team members as opportunities arise and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
- May involve significant standing, walking, pushing, and pulling.
- Occasional climbing, balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild to extreme cold or heat.
- Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud.
- Exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutions.

Compensation and Benefits- Hourly pay: $16.00 to $18.00/hour based on experience and certifications.
