About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Matterport Technician** to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration. As a key member of our disaster response team, you will play a critical role in helping us provide exceptional service to our customers during times of need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the photographing and mapping of properties affected by disasters using advanced technology and equipment.
  • Work closely with our Mitigation and Estimating Teams to ensure accurate and efficient property assessments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to our clients, demonstrating empathy and a sense of urgency.
  • Maintain all company equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
  • Assist other team members as opportunities arise and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
Physical Demands
  • May involve significant standing, walking, pushing, and pulling.
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild to extreme cold or heat.
  • Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud.
  • Exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutions.
