Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Unified Therapy Services. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing speech therapy services to pediatric patients at our Prairie Du Chien, WI location.
Job Summary:The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat speech therapy patients under physician's orders. This includes completing necessary documentation, consulting with other members of the rehabilitation team, and training individuals in skills and techniques required for participation in activities.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and treat speech therapy patients under physician's orders
- Complete necessary documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes, and logs
- Consult with other members of the rehabilitation team to select treatment programs consistent with the needs and capabilities of individual patients
- Train individuals in skills and techniques required for participation in activities and evaluate individual's functional progress
- Encourage positive relationships with the health care team, patient, and family
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- 1-2 years of experience in speech therapy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
