Key Responsibilities- Daily Reporting: Generate and analyze daily productivity reports to monitor operational efficiency.
- Statistical Management: Maintain and submit daily statistical data to corporate within established timelines.
- Cash Management: Oversee cash reconciliation processes, promptly addressing any discrepancies and ensuring resolution before month-end.
- Invoice Review: Conduct daily reviews of time and attendance records, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and sales tax calculations.
- Statistical Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly statistical reports utilizing the QMIRS application.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Review and resolve discrepancies in reimbursement reports for Medicare and Medicaid prior to month-end.
- Internal Controls: Support the monitoring of internal control systems, reporting any identified discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Distribute monthly financial reports to department heads and administrative personnel in a timely manner.
- Month-End Close: Assist in month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate posting of journal entries.
- Intercompany Reconciliation: Reconcile intercompany financial packages by the designated deadlines.
- Payroll Support: Provide backup support for payroll processing as needed.
- Data Retention: Ensure all financial records are maintained in accordance with retention policies.
- Accrual Process: Assist in the monthly accrual process, with a focus on re-accrual activities.
- Accounts Payable Support: Act as a backup for accounts payable functions when required.
