Job Summary

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our equipment and facilities are always in top condition.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all equipment, including grills, ovens, ranges, and griddles, as well as various prep surfaces.
  • Operate the automatic dishwasher and hand wash items as needed to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Ensure all food and beverage utensils are properly sanitized and returned to their designated service areas.
  • Restock bottled beverages in the bar cooler and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
