Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled LVN to provide skilled nursing care services to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes. The successful candidate will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide skilled nursing care services to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Currenly licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
