Key Responsibilities:

Property Oversight and Maintenance:

  • Collaborating with service providers to obtain estimates and coordinate necessary repairs.
  • Participating in appointments such as inspections and final walkthroughs, while documenting any issues.
  • Preparing properties for visual presentations and showings, including attending photography sessions.

Administrative Assistance:

  • Engaging with clients as required and assisting department leaders with administrative duties.
  • Organizing client gifts for closing processes and coordinating past client and community events.
  • Supporting donation initiatives, event preparations, and crafting Home Anniversary cards/gifts.

Marketing Support:

  • Assisting in the creation and production of video content for marketing purposes, including open houses and promotional campaigns.
  • Overseeing the inventory of marketing supplies, including signage and open house materials.

Operational Duties:

  • Running errands, such as checking on vacant properties and procuring supplies.
  • Maintaining the lead database updated following property closings.

Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent educational background.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment is preferred.

Compensation: $20 per hour
