Responsibilities- Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with various medical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, provide wound care, and assist patients with exercises and mobility activities.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in the state of practice.
- Experience in rehabilitation nursing or a related field is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
