Responsibilities
  • Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with various medical conditions and rehabilitation needs.

  • Administer medications, provide wound care, and assist patients with exercises and mobility activities.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in the state of practice.
  • Experience in rehabilitation nursing or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
