Leasing and Sales Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing and Sales Specialist to join our team at Simon Property Group Inc. in Philadelphia, PA.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline and one or two years of experience in general business, sales, leasing, or retail. A strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and resourcefulness are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Locate, identify, and evaluate potential tenants and income sources for shopping center properties.
• Negotiate Lease Agreements to achieve financial objectives and refer prospective tenants for approval.
• Coordinate Short-term Leasing administration and tenant presentation, including overseeing multiple properties as assigned.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing mall tenants, networking with area leasing representatives and industry associates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
• One or two years of experience in general business, sales, leasing, or retail.
• Basic math and accounting skills, well-developed interpersonal and negotiating skills, and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Resourcefulness, creativity, and a well-developed awareness of design principles.
