Job Summary

The Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI) is a leading provider of rehabilitation services, nationally ranked among the Best Hospitals for Rehabilitation by U.S. News and World Report. We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer comprehensive evaluations to determine treatment programs and equipment needs for patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, swallowing, and hearing impairments.
  • Develop patient-centered treatment plans that optimize functional communication, cognition, and swallowing, ensuring medical necessity and incorporating evidence-based treatments and outcome measures.
  • Provide clinical supervision to techs and students, ensuring patient care interventions are appropriate for the patient's plan of care.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association.
  • Speech-Language Pathologist IN state license.
  • Current CPR certification in accordance with AHA standards.
