DDS Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant at Open Sky Community Services. As a member of our Day Habilitation program, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and physical challenges.

• Provide direct care and support to individuals in a structured environment, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
• Implement individualized service and behavior plans, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Review and complete required documentation, maintaining accurate records.
• Facilitate community integration and valued roles, promoting personal relationships and growth.
• Participate in team meetings, supervisions, and other assigned meetings, contributing to a positive and inclusive work culture.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record necessary.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities are essential.
