Server Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Boca. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring that food and drinks are served in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete knowledge of Boca food and beverage preparation and menu.
• Takes orders for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food items.
• Prepares orders for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Able to use a computer to ring orders into a POS.
• Suggestively sells and serves food and drinks to three to five tables, as determined by management.
• Refills drinks as needed by customers.
• Accepts different types of payment and makes change.
• Interacts with customers, management, and co-workers in a friendly/fast manner.

Requirements:

• Must be of legal age according to State regulations to serve alcohol.
• Basic mathematical, reading, and writing skills.
• Must be able to make change.
• Basic computer skills.
• Multi-task oriented.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
• Must be able to suggestively sell food and beverage items.

Work Environment:

This position operates in a restaurant setting. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but not limited to, cuts, slips, trips, falls, and burns. Frequent hand washing is required. The hours of work vary as business dictates.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, carrying, stooping, and crouching during the entire shift.
