Job Description:
We are seeking an Administrative Law Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of administrative law and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to attorneys, including preparing documents, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
• Assist with research and data analysis to support legal proceedings
• Develop and maintain accurate records and files
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a legal office setting
• Strong understanding of administrative law and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Salary Range:
$55,000 - $75,000 per year based on experience and qualifications
