ABOUT THE ROLE
Sugar Sugar Hawaii - Pearlridge Boutique is seeking a Jewelry Sales Specialist to enhance our team. While retail experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. This role encompasses both sales associate duties and jewelry crafting during periods without permanent jewelry clients.

Your daily responsibilities will involve creating permanent jewelry, engaging with customers, as well as managing stock, organizing the sales area, and implementing loss prevention strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Craft permanent jewelry both in-store and at events.

- Create handmade jewelry on-site.

- Welcome each customer warmly and assist them during their shopping experience.

- Adhere to all safety and loss prevention protocols.

- Operate the register for customer transactions and refunds.

- Take initiative in stocking, inventory management, and store upkeep.

- Build and maintain a strong understanding of our products to assist customers effectively.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Retail experience is preferred but not essential.

- A positive and approachable demeanor.

- Strong communication skills.
