  • Establish treatment goals and plans treatment to achieve established goals.
  • Initiate discharge planning from physical therapy and implement the treatment program.
  • Provide advice and education to patients and families.
  • Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum with a bachelors or masters or doctoral degree with certification in physical therapy or foreign-trained equivalent.
  • Physical Therapist License (California).
  • Basic Life Support required at hire.
