We are seeking dedicated individuals to become part of our workforce at Heartland Traffic Services. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and integrity of our roadways. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Pavement Marking: Support the application of essential road markings, including lane demarcations and pedestrian crossings.
  • Traffic Management: Implement traffic control measures during construction activities to ensure safety.
  • Vehicle Operation and Upkeep: Operate vehicles requiring a CDL and conduct routine maintenance tasks.
  • Manual Labor: Participate in physical tasks and work outdoors under various weather conditions.
  • Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow established safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record; Class A or B CDL is preferred.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong commitment to work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in road construction or traffic management is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work during evenings and weekends is necessary.
