">Job Description:">We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN Supervisor to oversee, mentor, and nurture a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides, and medication technicians in our luxury assisted living community's busy Wellness/Resident Services Center. As a shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, you will provide caring and attentive help to residents managing their activities of daily living (ADLs) and administer medications while leading the team with genuine kindness. Your role is crucial to the care and safety of residents who call The Bristal home.
">Responsibilities:">- ">
- Follow all policies and procedures, adhering to the instructions of the Director of Wellness.">
- Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home, or similar environment.">
- You must have an active NY LPN certification and be driven by a genuine desire to improve the quality of life of our residents.">
- Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus.">
- Must be caring, reliable, and observant with an understanding of MAR's and doctors' orders.">
- It's essential to excel in prioritizing, multi-tasking, and working independently.">
An estimated salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year. This figure takes into account factors such as location, industry standards, and required skills and qualifications.
