  • Analyze and review test results, identifying any abnormalities or discrepancies
  • Report test results to healthcare professionals, providing accurate and timely information
  • Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
  • Champion safety, compliance, and quality control, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology or a related field
  • 1 year of laboratory training or experience performing high complexity testing
  • Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
  • Valid Tennessee Laboratory Personnel License
  • Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including automated analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, and pipettes
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of laboratory training or experience performing high complexity testing within area of specialty
