Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Leisure Living. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Inspect and report on maintenance activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; three years of maintenance experience and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repair, and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform maintenance tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
