Position Overview:
Join our team at RadNet as a dedicated Magnetic Resonance Imaging Specialist. This role emphasizes our commitment to providing exceptional patient care through advanced imaging technology and a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality MRI examinations on patients.
- Ensure patient safety by following established protocols and company policies.
- Administer contrast agents safely and effectively when required.
- Utilize technical knowledge of TR, TE, flip angle, slice thickness, and other imaging parameters to produce superior quality images.
- Support patients throughout the imaging process by providing clear explanations and addressing their concerns.
- Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient needs and inquiries.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrates a genuine passion for patient care and maintains professionalism in all interactions.
- Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering respect among patients, guests, and colleagues.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and tackle complex challenges.
Qualifications:
- ARRT(R)(MR) or ARMRIT certification is required.
- State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology, if applicable.
- Current CPR certification.
- A minimum of one year of experience in diagnostic imaging is preferred.
