Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Kubat HealthCare. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe and effective delivery of respiratory equipment and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver, set up, and instruct patients on the use of respiratory equipment, including ventilators, nebulizers, and oxygen delivery systems.
  • Provide consultation and support to medical personnel on respiratory equipment and services.
  • Develop and maintain plans of service for patients who rent equipment.
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic studies as ordered by physicians, including ventilator compliance reports and oximetry.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and equipment usage.
  • Ensure timely and effective processing of new patients, including obtaining physician orders and insurance information.
  • Communicate with physicians and other referral sources to ensure compliance and resolve patient questions.
  • Assist with inventory control and maintenance of respiratory equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to be insurable.
  • Valid Nebraska Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
