Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of those plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to develop behavior intervention plans.
- Write and revise behavior intervention plans and progress reports.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and provide ongoing feedback.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of services.
- Communicate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and ensure alignment with treatment goals.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavior analytic services.
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities.
