Senior Medical Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center. As an inpatient RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Monitor patients' conditions, record symptoms, and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or a multistate RN license through the Interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- AHA BLS and ACLS certification prior to the end of orientation.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred but not required.
