Job Summary

The Early Childhood Education Lead will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for preschool children. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in preschool children.
  • Mentor and support fellow educators in their professional growth and development.
  • Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
  • Built sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support the center's success.
Requirements
  • Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
  • Able to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
  • Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
  • CDA, Associate degree, or Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
