Job SummaryThe Early Childhood Education Lead will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for preschool children. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in preschool children.
- Mentor and support fellow educators in their professional growth and development.
- Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
- Built sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support the center's success.
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- Able to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
- CDA, Associate degree, or Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
- An estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
