Key Responsibilities- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and direction to our mental health services team, including the development and implementation of clinical programs and policies.
- Patient Care: Provide high-quality clinical care to our patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and nurses, to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
- Program Development: Develop and implement new clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients and the community.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our services are meeting the highest standards of care.
- Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior staff members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers.
- Licensure: Must be licensed as a psychiatrist in the state of New Jersey or able to obtain licensure.
- Certification: Must be board certified within five (5) years of completing residency and must maintain certification.
- Education: Must have a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Experience: Must have at least 2 years of experience as a psychiatrist in a clinical setting.
