We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Dimarco Staffing LLC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of our properties run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain the physical asset of the property
  • Complete all maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance, service requests, and work-in-progress
  • Assist with snow removal, lawn maintenance, and other grounds-related tasks as needed
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and drywall repair
  • Ability to run a plow truck and plow
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background screening
