Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Medical Support Specialist to join our team at RMA Network in San Francisco.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will assist physicians with clinical procedures, practice phlebotomy, and accurately document patient information. You will also be responsible for cleaning exam rooms, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians with hands-on patient care and clinical procedures
  • Follow established protocols and guidelines for patient care
  • Practice phlebotomy and collect specimens as required
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and ultrasound measurements
  • Ensure examination rooms and equipment are cleaned and stocked according to protocol
  • Manage inventory of clinical supplies and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance before, during, and after procedures

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician practice. Prior experience in women's healthcare is preferred, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
