Mold Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mold Technician to join our team at Moffat Workforce. As a Mold Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting plastic injection mold machines to ensure quality jobs are completed on-time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mold machines and processes
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure molded components meet requirements
  • Develop and implement process improvements to minimize scrap and reduce downtime
  • Perform mold validations and generate documentation on molding processes
  • Act as a mentor and technical resource for other team members
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced technical certificate or formal education preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in injection molding and medical device manufacturing
  • Self-motivated with ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Good organizational and communication skills
What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate of $27.00-$32.00, 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday (3:30pm to 11:45pm)
