Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our team at Oakmont Senior Living. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Work collaboratively with our culinary team to ensure seamless service
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure exceptional service
• Participate in menu planning and preparation, incorporating seasonal ingredients and creative presentation

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience as a line cook in a full-service kitchen or restaurant
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, executing dishes with precision and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Passion for delivering exceptional food experiences and creating memorable moments for our residents
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
