Job Title: Radiologic Imaging Specialist

ProMedica Toledo Hospital is a leading healthcare provider in the region, offering a wide range of medical services to patients. As a Radiologic Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients by performing complex imaging procedures.

Job Summary

Under the direction of a radiologist, you will be responsible for obtaining high-quality images using various imaging modalities, including X-ray, CT, and MRI. You will also assist radiologists and other staff physicians in the performance of diagnostic radiologic procedures as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain high-quality images using various imaging modalities
  • Assist radiologists and other staff physicians in the performance of diagnostic radiologic procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and adjust to new methods, techniques, and equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Meet ARRT registry requirements and hold an active state license or be registry and state licensure eligible
Requirements
  • Formal radiologic technology training at an AMA-approved school
  • Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Active state license or registry and state licensure eligibility
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to move about the facility and between workstations
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and deadlines in a demanding medical environment
