Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy team at Trinity Health. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of excellence and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care that reflects respect for patients' rights, dignity, and values.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based practice and research to advance nursing practice and improve patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Active license to practice nursing in the State of Michigan.
  • Two years of experience in a healthcare-related field, preferably in endoscopy or gastroenterology.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in a nationally recognized nursing organization, such as the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
  • Membership in a professional nursing organization, such as the American Nurses Association (ANA).
  • Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies.
