**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team at Touchstone Communities. As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for leading our nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage the nursing department to achieve excellent patient outcomes and compliance with state and federal regulations
* Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures
* Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care transitions and positive patient experiences
* Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning within the nursing department
**Requirements**
* Current RN license with at least 5 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) as a Director of Nursing
* Strong history of compliance with state and federal regulations, knowledge of CMS 5 Star Program, and evidence of positive clinical outcomes
* Ability to motivate, train, and educate clinical team members
* Positive team spirit and mindset, along with a successful work history
