Job Overview

StretchLab - Cherry Creek is on the lookout for dedicated personal trainers, athletic trainers, massage therapists, and physical therapy aides. This role presents a unique chance to immerse yourself in a revolutionary approach to fitness that is reshaping the industry.

As a leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, StretchLab is committed to empowering clients to 'Live Long'. Our team comprises certified professionals from diverse backgrounds, including physical therapy, chiropractic care, yoga, and Pilates. We take pride in our exceptional team of stretching specialists, and our proprietary Flexologist TM training guarantees that clients receive top-notch stretching sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct personalized assisted stretching sessions and facilitate group stretching classes for small groups.
  • Inspire and motivate clients throughout their stretching experiences.
  • Enhance membership growth and client retention through effective sales strategies.
  • Manage client relationships by:
    • Providing an outstanding stretching experience.
    • Scheduling regular appointments for clients.
    • Maintaining up-to-date client records.
    • Maximizing client engagement by booking follow-up sessions and renewing memberships.
  • Ensure client safety by applying proper stretching techniques and adhering to company policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and mandatory training sessions.
  • Address member inquiries and concerns as needed.
  • Support sales staff and management with studio tours and sales efforts.
  • Maintain a strong online presence to foster client engagement and retention.
  • Keep all equipment clean and ready for client use at all times.
Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for boutique fitness and a strong interest in stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
  • Preferred qualifications include:
    • Massage Therapy Certification
    • Personal Training Certification
    • Physical Therapy Certification
    • Athletic Training Certification
    • Yoga or Pilates Instruction Certification
  • Experience in a fitness or health setting providing hands-on client training.
  • Fitness certification is mandatory.
  • Ability to foster a welcoming and positive environment for all clients.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of empathy.
  • A commitment to helping clients achieve their goals.
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
  • Willingness to complete a comprehensive 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes online tutorials and hands-on training.
