Warehouse Material Handler

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a skilled Warehouse Material Handler to join our team. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of products within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial forklifts to transport pallets of product to and from storage areas and loading docks.
  • Identify and transport material to and from storage areas and loading dock, ensuring all pallets are secure in designated slots.
  • Replenish pick slots with products from reserve slots to maintain inventory levels for night shift selection.
  • Perform operations and safety checks, including battery, brakes, lift controls, and fire extinguishers.
  • Record all product, equipment, and warehouse damage.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the aisles by removing any debris from the floor and racks.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Job-related certification for Material Handling Equipment; prior Selector experience is preferred.
  • Able to read and write legibly; basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide); must be able to understand SAE commands.
