Job Summary

As an Hourly Supervisor at Walmart, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates in a specific area of the store. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a well-organized and stocked area, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales and operational goals
  • Ensure the area is well-organized, stocked, and meets customer expectations
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store objectives
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and ability to maintain accurate inventory levels
