RN - VA Clinic (FT) at Community Health Systems

Evaluate assigned patients and develop personalized care plans. Collaborate with physicians during examinations and procedures. Conduct various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice. Foster patients' independence by establishing care goals and educating patients and families on self-care skills. Utilize experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. A high degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires an associate's degree and certification as a registered nurse. Prefer Bachelors degree in Nursing. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Prior VA experience preferred.
