As the primary contact for specialty pharmacy patients, our associates assess needs and provide comprehensive support with each refill, coordinate medication delivery, address any new insurance or copay challenges, and monitor adherence.

When challenges arise, they collaborate across the care continuum with other clinical and pharmacy professionals, including clinical pharmacists, prescribers, and clinic staff, to ensure swift resolution of concerns.

  • Standard Monday to Friday schedule; on-site in an outpatient clinic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
  • State pharmacy technician license or registration required.
  • National certification as a CPhT or equivalent preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive salary with benefits.

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekend shifts.
