Job Summary
As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy. You will be responsible for leading with heart, motivating and inspiring your team, and driving business growth and improvement in your pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
• Patient Safety: Ensure the safe handling and dispensing of medications, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Pharmacy Professional Practice: Develop and implement patient care programs, manage inventory, and optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Regulatory Requirements: Stay up-to-date on current laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality standards are met, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to patients, customers, and caregivers, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Personnel Management: Supervise and mentor your team, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to excel in their roles.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, optimizing stock to meet customer demands while minimizing waste and excess supplies.
• Financial Profitability: Analyze financial data, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth, and developing strategies to achieve these goals.
• Loss Prevention: Implement measures to prevent loss, theft, and damage to property, ensuring the security and integrity of the pharmacy and its assets.
• Workflow Management: Streamline processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve communication among team members to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
• Active Pharmacy License in the state where employed
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances

Salary Range
$60-$73 per hour
